Disney CFO James Rasulo Resigns
Disney (NYSE:DIS) chief financial officer James Rasulo will resign at the end of the month.
The 59-year-old will continue serving the company as an advisor and will help CEO Robert Iger with the transition. Rasulo has yet to announce any immediate plans.
"Jay has been a valued colleague and friend, as well as a vital contributor to Disney's success, particularly in his roles as chief financial officer and chairman of our Parks and Resorts division," Iger said in a statement.
Rasulo worked for Disney for 29 years, also carrying the title of senior executive vice president before becoming CFO. His contract with the company expired in January and was not renewed.
DIS stock is up 0.56% Monday.
