EXCLUSIVE: In what is a big departure from R&CPMK, the firm's Co-Presidents of Talent, Lindsay Galin and Jeff Raymond, have exited to start their own talent-driven public relations company, 2pm Sharp.

2pm Sharp will have offices in Los Angeles, New York and London. We're hearing that upwards of ten publicists from R&CPMK are following Galin and Raymond. It's all being sorted out which clients stay behind with R&CPMK or leave to go with 2pm Sharp.

New York-based Galin is known for repping such heavyweights as Michael B. Jordan, Henry Cavill and Oscar winner Brie Larson. Raymond's forte is in the music space with such headliners as Grammy winner Britney Spears and The Jonas Brothers, as well as sports with David Beckham.

Galin came to Rogers & Cowan NYC in 2011 after launching her own talent publicity firm, Lantern PR, in 2009. She began her career in the publicity department at Hearst Magazines.

Raymond joined R&C in 2007 after starting his own PR company, PYR PR, in 2002. Galin and Raymond were elevated to Co-Presidents, Talent of R&CPMK in November 2019.

R&CPMK CEO Mark Owens recently exited as CEO back in March.

The original Rogers & Cowan was founded in 1950 in Los Angeles, California, by Henry C. Rogers and Warren Cowan. Rogers & Cowan merged with PMK*BNC (the previous union of two other big Hollywood PR firms) in July 2019 to encompass more than 500 clients across film, TV, music, fashion, sports and more. R&CPMK currently reps such stars as Denzel Washington, Kevin Costner, Mel Gibson, Richard Gere, Anthony Hopkins, Eddie Murphy, Quincy Jones and many more. Cindi Berger is the Chairman and CEO of R&CPMK while John Shea is the CEO of Octagon R&CPMK.

Deadline reached out to R&CPMK for comment about Galin, Raymond and other's departures.
