Honda Launches Performance Parts Division As It Takes SEMA By Storm | Carscoops

Aftermarket specialist Bisimoto has revamped a Honda Prologue. Is bringing it to Las Vegas.

Honda Racing Corporation USA has announced the launch of a venture dedicated towards creating high performance parts for Honda and Acura vehicles making them accessible for owners.The news coincides with the SEMA Show 2024 where Honda is set tounveil a lineup of race cars alongside a customized Prologue model, by Bismoto.

We received a signal indicating the development of a range of high performance Honda/Acura parts was in progress last August when HRC introduced a customized Acura Integra Type S featuring numerous enhancements with hints of future street and track focused components potentially becoming available for purchase in the future market scene. After just two months later following the debut of the prototype unit and based on substantial interest shown by enthusiasts and consumers alike, in this initial model release encouraged HRC enough to move forward with their production plan efforts.

The initial versions featuring these components are anticipated to be completed by as soon as next years commencement date but it remains uncertain which Honda/Acura models will debut with these innovative performance enhancements first or the exact timing of their availability, to consumers.

To build anticipation among enthusiasts and customers at SEMA this year HRC will showcase the Integra Type S HRC Prototype and a unique Pilot HRC Prototype equipped with off road accessories, for potential customer consideration. Numerous racing vehicles are set to participate in Las Vegas for the event well – such as the Red Bull Racing RB20 F1 car from the previous year and a variety of other impressive models including the Acura ARX O6 prototype and a Honda IndyCar among others, like the Honda Ridgeline Baja Race Truck and a Honda CR V Hybrid Racer.

American Honda collaborated with Bismoto to design a Prologue for the occasion.The customized vehicle features Air Ride suspension that enables a drop, in ride height.

The Bisimoto team has added a set of stylish 22 inch Brixton Forged TR09 monoblock wheels to the electric vehicle along with an Inno roof rack and roof box covered in attractive vinyl wrap material.Some snapshots of the interior of the EV are not available, at this time; however Bisimoto has indicated that they have crafted a yoke steering wheel for the vehicle.
