Nintendo is known for being quite strict, about copyrights in the gaming sector. Has been quick to issue copyright strikes against YouTube channels that use the companys music without permission. In an decision, by Nintendo recently unveiled their unique music streaming service exclusively for Switch Online subscribers.

Nintendo recently introduced their music streaming service called Nintendo Music which offers a wide range of tracks, from Nintendo game series along with specially curated playlists inspired by characters and in game experiences and emotions. From new hits to beloved classics, with promises of more music additions to come in the future.

"Nintendo Music will be available, to users who have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription."

Certainly! The Mario creator has contributed to the development of some of the music scores, in gaming history; therefore it seems logical that they would seek to capitalize on this aspect.

It seems a bit outdated that this game publisher is keeping their OST exclusive when most others are sharing theirs on platforms, like YouTube and Spotify.
