Intership Navigation merges with Interorient Shipmanagement

The two shipping firms have joined forces to create an entity known as InterMaritime Shipmanagement.

Intership Navigation and Interorient Shipmanagement declared their merger on Tuesday forming the entity known as InterMaritime Shipmanagement.

The upcoming organization will consist of Interships affiliated company Donnelly Tanker Management. Will operate a fleet of 170 ships to provide a range of ship management services on a global scale.

With, than 80 years of experience under their belt and a wide range of vessels in their fleet. Such, as tankers, LPG carriers, bulk carriers, container ships, multi purpose vessels and specialized tonnage. InterMaritime will manage the operations efficiently.

They offer a range of services such, as overseeing crew affairs and handling procurement of supplies and equipment well as organizing catering services and managing insurance needs and travel arrangements along, with arranging charters and handling commercial operations.

"This merger marks a milestone in our ship management journey " stated Dieter Rohdenburgs of Intership Navigation and Donnelly Tanker Management.
