50 European leaders are reconsidered their transatlantic connections at a summit with optimism that Donald Trumps potential second term as US President will steer clear of the controversies that marked his initial tenure, in office.
European leaders such as Ukrainian President Volodymyrand Nato Secretary General Mark Rutte will be aiming to establish a front against Russia during the one day meeting, on Thursday.

Charles Michel the president of the European Unions council with 27 nations acknowledged the importance of reducing Europes dependence, on the United States.
"We need to have control over our future " he mentioned."It's not, about Donald Trump or Kamala Harris. About the well being of our children."
