Aktau receives the status of the cultural capital of the Turkic world in 2025
In 2025 at the gathering of member nations of the International Organization for the Advancement of Turkic Culture and Art (known as TURKSoy) Aktau was proudly named as the cultural hub of the Turkic world according to Azernews sources, from Ashqabat.
The gathering was graced by Sultan Raev from TURSKOy along with delegates, from the domains of Kazakhstan,Turkmenistan,Uzbekistan,Kyrgyzstan and Turkey alongside leaders of global institutions.
