Winnipeg announces increase to tax instalment payment plan
December 13th, 2024

It is recommended that property owners in Canada watch for changes in their property Assessment Notices before December 2024. These changes are expected to result in updated property payment amounts, which will be reflected in their payment bills starting January 1, 2025.

Property owners who receive supplemental bills due to alterations in their properties will notice changes in their payment amounts. As a result, it is recommended that they refresh their payment details and update their property roll number or address if necessary.

Those enrolled in the TIPP (Tax Installment Payment Plan) may use the My Properties portal to find out more about their payment details. Alternatively, they can call 311 and provide their User ID for assistance. The property payment team is available to provide additional information and support.
