Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University, on Wednesday released the details of its placement for the first phase of its recruitment season 2024-25. According to a statement released by the placement cell of the college on Wednesday, the college received more than 240 job offers for students, with the highest pay package standing at a record-breaking Rs 36 lakh per annum (LPA).

The gross placement value of the first phase of the recruitment season 2024-25 stood at Rs 32.12 crore, with an average pay of Rs 13.17 LPA, according to the statement. The median package was Rs 13.56 LPA.

The college on Wednesday (February 26) announced the commencement of the second phase of placement for the recruitment season 2024-25.

"SRCC witnessed an exemplary growth in the internship opportunities extended by leading organisations, with an impressive 59 per cent increase in the number of offers provided. The highest internship stipend secured was Rs 2.2 lakh per month, with a Median Stipend being offered at 67,000 per month, showcasing the rising preference for SRCC's exceptional undergraduate cohort," the statement said.

The SRCC is a prestigious college of the Delhi University. It is mainly known for commerce education.

"During Phase 1, our esteemed recruiters played a pivotal role in facilitating the achievement

of over 240 offers, contributing to a Gross Placement Value of Rs 32.12 crore. The Highest

Package stood at a record-breaking Rs 36 LPA, with an average of Rs 13.17 LPA, a

testament to the relentless efforts of the pool of talented students at SRCC," its placement cell said in a statement.
