Bank ING Expands Further in Switzerland

The European financial institution continues to invest in its Swiss business, with the latest hires focusing on Trade and Commodity Finance.
Bank ING has appointed Fabienne Jaggy Moriggi and Annabel Lammers as senior executives in the Trade and Commodity Finance (TCF) division, the company announced on Thursday.
With these appointments, the bank aims to strengthen its position in the European TCF market. ING's team in Switzerland already comprises more than 300 employees. Fabienne Jaggy Moriggi and Annabel Lammers are based in Geneva but will also serve clients in Zurich.
Jaggy Moriggi will take on the role of Global Head of TCF Products, while Lammers joins the team as Global Lead for Structured Commodity Finance (SCF).
Milestone in Growth Strategy

Two Senior Executives with Extensive Experience
Jaggy Moriggi has been active in the trade and commodity finance market for over 20 years. She joined ING from SMBC, where she served as EMEA Head of SCF in London. In her role, she will oversee all TCF product teams, including SCF, receivables finance, capital velocity, local trade finance services, and the development of commodity repo activities at ING Switzerland.
Lammers brings more than 20 years of experience in credit risk management, gained at ING in the Netherlands, where she most recently served as Senior Credit Officer in Trade and Commodity Finance. In this position, she managed the global portfolio of TCF Energy clients, gaining cross-sector experience in the industry. In her new role, she will be responsible for the growth and further development of the SCF portfolio on a global scale.
