Vineeta Singh of Sugar Cosmetics faces accusations of being condescending and disrespectful on Shark Tank India 4. Personal Touch Skincare's Aditi and Ashish have defended their brand's authenticity against Vineeta's skepticism, sharing confidential data and urging clients to provide testimonials to prove their legitimacy.Vineeta Singh has emerged as a divisive figure on the latest season of Shark Tank India. Within the first five episodes of Shark Tank India 4, various pitchers have levelled accusations against Vineeta. The CEO of Sugar Cosmetics has been accused of being condescending, impatient, and disrespectful. Vineeta recently came under fire for questioning Personal Touch Skincare's legitimacy after learning about their reach and sales stats. Personal Touch Skincare's pitchers have responded to the 'sharks' accusation that they are 'fake'.

In the episode, Ashish and Aditi Jawa requested an investment of Rs 1.2 crore in exchange for 1% equity. However, they were unable to close the deal. Vineeta couldn't believe their incredible Instagram reach. She wasn't convinced when the pitchers said they weren't increasing their posts for traction. She even accused them of falsifying sales data. Vineeta also looked at the pitchers' Shopify sales statistics to get further information. Aditi and Ashish have resorted to social media to criticise the 'sharks' and claim that they were unfair on the show.

In the video they posted, Aditi said, "It was a dream for us to go on Shark Tank India, and we went there. If we had gotten a deal, it would have been nice. Not getting one did not affect us so much, but what was hurtful was the way the sharks treated us and how they kept saying that our community was not real. They kept raising questions about our authenticity."

While her brother Ashish further quipped, "The harsh reality is that they couldn't believe what the two of us have done and achieved in these two years. We even showed our Shopify data which is a very confidential thing. We did it to prove that we have built a community of clients who are like family to us and buy a lot from us, which is why our brand has scaled 11x year on year. We are very hurt that our PT family was called fake."

Aditi and Ashish also urged to their clients to upload testimonials to demonstrate their authenticity to the Shark Tank India Season 4 judges.
