Gen II picks Bernacchia

Gen II has chosen Massimo Bernacchia as the company's new head of depositary services in Luxembourg. This comes after the firm revealed its intentions to expand in Europe, as well as enhance its transatlantic service delivery. With over 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bernacchia has an extensive understanding of investment funds and depository services. He joins the company from Credit Suisse where he was head of alternative funds. He also worked at IQ-EQ for six years as the head of delivery, depository services therefore he is well-equipped for the job. Michael Johnson, chief commercial officer, Europe says: "Massimo will be a key player in sustaining Gen II's reputation both in Luxembourg and internationally as a supplier of private capital administration services." Richard Browne, head of client service, Luxembourg at Gen II, says: "As the need for fund administration and management company services increases in Luxembourg, it is great to have Massimo join our experienced team. His understanding and experience in the alternatives and depositary services will be very helpful in contributing to our growth in Europe as well as internationally."
