C5i promotes Nitesh Jain to the role of CEO - Times of India
C5i, the company that provides AI-based solutions, has announced a key leadership change effective from 1st September 2024. Mr. Nitesh Jain, co-founder of the organization, has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO), taking over from Mr. Ashwin Mittal, who will be chairing the company as the Executive Chairman.
Mr. Nitesh Jain, a manager by profession, has been serving as the President and Chief Operating Officer of C5i. In his new role as CEO, he will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing governance systems, expanding the employee database, developing the client base, and enhancing the company’s solution offerings.
As Executive Chairman, Mr. Ashwin Mittal will focus on overseeing the long-term strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), AI innovation, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and brand building. “This dual focus enables us to combine the governance of a global enterprise with the innovation and agility of a disruptor,” said Ashwin Mittal.
This leadership evolution is expected to help C5i manage the complexities of a global enterprise while maintaining the flexibility needed to thrive in the AI industry, which holds tremendous potential for generating tangible client value over the next decade.
Expressing his enthusiasm, Nitesh Jain stated, “I am delighted and excited to take on this role at such a critical juncture in the company’s evolution. I look forward to continuing our journey of AI innovation, making a positive impact through sustainable growth.”
With strong teams and successful track records, C5i has raised $53,000 through multiple funding rounds, completed two acquisitions (Incivus and Analytic Edge), and increased its employee base from 1,800 to 5,000 over the past four years. The company now aims for even greater heights with its planned strategic initiatives.
